Referring to your telegram of the 20th. February, 1918, reporting the retirement on medical grounds of Mr. A. F. Churchill, First Assistant Director of Public Works of this Colony, with effect from the 20th. February last, I have the honour to enclose the usual form of particu- -lars regarding his service in Hongkong, and I shall be glad if his total pension and the proportion payable by this Colony may be calculated.
